Returns
If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective please contact customer service at hello@survivantecollection.com.
Exchanges
All sales are Final! We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.

Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed
within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the
following business day.

All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information
when the order has shipped.

Standard Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and are shipped
to addresses within the United States.
